These terms apply when you use StoreROI, a reporting service run by Waheedullah Sediqi, trading as WS Digitals. By using it, you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to view your projects.

Connected accounts

Only connect accounts you own or have permission to use. Your use of Google, Meta and Shopify is still covered by their own terms.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only as described in our Privacy Policy.

Reports

Figures come from the platforms you connect and can change or differ from your own records, for example because of delays, refunds or attribution. ROI and profit figures depend on the gross margin you enter. Reports are for information only, so please check important figures before making business decisions.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access data that is not yours. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to keep StoreROI running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. It depends on outside services, and features may change.

Fees

Any fees are agreed with you separately before you are charged.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit, that come from using the service or relying on its reports.

Ending your use

You can stop using StoreROI at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
